RULES FOR MESC APPEALS
Please Note:

1. URCCC 5.01 et seq. and M.R.A.P. Rule 31.

2. Original and one (1) copy of briefs shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court as provided
by URCC 5.06.

3. Rule 31(d) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure set forth the Consequences of Failure to File Briefs.

4. The Circuit Clerk’s office will retain the original brief in the Court file and forward the copy
to the assigned judge.
